Meet Jennifer Lanter, Public Information Officer for Gladney, and Kimberly Craddock, who also works for Gladney and has recently adopted a 14 year old son, Connor, from China. Jennifer adopted through their domestic adoption program and Kimberly has adopted 3 times through Gladney's international adoption program. Gladney has been a huge influence in the lives of birth parents, children and families around Fort Worth and around the world.
